Job Summary

The Regional Market Manager is responsible for planning, developing and executing a regional strategy to increase opportunities for the company's Originations team including lead generation, engaging prospects, maintaining the company's CRM database, building strategic relationships with channel partners, and supporting digital marketing content creation and distribution. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role includes working with the Sales Directors in company US and international locations, senior managers to deliver high quality results.


Lead Generation and Data Management:

  • Generate and engage top-of-the-funnel leads
  • Utilize Miller Heiman approach to engage leads
  • Follow up on opportunities to remain top-of-mind
  • Nurture qualified leads until ready to finance
  • Transition ready leads to Originations team
  • Build and update a database of existing customers and prospects
  • Keep a pulse on movements of the installed base of aircraft in the assigned region, especially those in Global Jet Capital's target market
  • Create lead generation campaigns using JETNET and AMSTAT data
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly reports to the SLT
  • Engage HubSpot platform to manage lead generation and digital marketing performance
  • Accurately forecast leads in the pipeline
  • Participate in Pipeline calls

Relationship Building & Digital Marketing

  • Build and manage relationships with channel partners including but not limited to customers, pilots, maintenance professionals, aircraft management companies, OEM customer service organizations, brokers, dealers and financial institutions
  • Develop appropriate presence at regional industry events, trade shows, and sponsored dinners
  • Host events to educate channel partners on Global Jet Capital products
  • Draft digital marketing content (social media, email marketing)
  • Manage ongoing email campaigns



  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business, MBA preferred
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Digital media skills and experience
  • Database management expertise
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies especially campaign management
  • Lead development skills
  • Prospect qualification skills
  • Proven quantification skills: understanding data, technology and how to problem solve
  • Previous B2B outbound lead generation (preferred)
  • Salesforce.com or equivalent data loader import, export, update experience preferred
  • Lead automation platform configuration experience

Skills and Competencies:

  • Must be highly self-motivated
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral); able to communicate effectively via phone
  • Detail oriented and able to multi-task.
  • Ability to cross-train in other Marketing related tasks.

  • Must have a strong passion for selling over the phone
