Ed Barnes has more than 20 years’ experience as a senior-level finance executive. He was formerly CFO at Nasdaq-listed JetBlue Airways and has also served on the board of Jetscape, an aircraft leasing company. At JetBlue, Barnes led the company’s transition from a start up focused on top line growth to a maturing and complex $4.5 billion organization delivering sustainable growth, free cash flow and shareholder value. At Jetscape, he provided oversight for a company which currently owns and manages 49 aircraft leased to 24 airline operators in 15 countries. Barnes has also held positions at Taylor Morrison, where he guided the company through a $550 million high-yield public debt offering to refinance sponsor loans, Cardinal Logistics, Greatwide and Cardinal. Other experience includes senior financial positions at Southwest Airlines, America West Airlines, Pegasus Solutions, JDA Software and eight years in public accounting.
Mr. Boisture has more than 35 years of aviation experience and has held senior leadership positions with Hawker Beechcraft, Gulfstream Aerospace, NetJets and Butler Aviation. He is a former Director and Senior Advisor for aerospace at The Carlyle Group and serves on the board of Landmark Aviation. Boisture was a fighter pilot in the U.S. Air Force and graduated from the USAF Fighter Weapons School and the U.S. Navy Fighter Weapons School. He holds a BS from the U.S. Air Force Academy and an MBA from the University of New Haven.
Vivek Kaushal has over 23 years of leadership experience in Credit and Risk Management, including multiple Chief Risk Officer roles, spanning several GE Capital businesses and geographies. Most recently, Mr. Kaushal was the CRO of the Corporate Aviation Finance business in GE Capital, Americas, where he was responsible for the overall direction of the Corporate Aircraft Risk function, leading the underwriting, portfolio and asset management areas. Mr. Kaushal received an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
Dave Labrozzi has over 35 years of finance industry experience with GE, having held roles with responsibility in sales, risk management, business development and general management. Mr. Labrozzi spent 22 of his years with GE dedicated to corporate aviation, with the last 15 years leading the company’s financing activity in the sector as president of GE Capital, Corporate Aircraft. He joined Global Jet Capital December 2015 as the Chief Operating Officer. As COO, he is responsible for all commercial customer facing activities including new business originations, underwriting, overall portfolio management and customer service. With a lengthy track record in the sector, Mr. Labrozzi is highly respected as a leader in corporate aviation and has served on the NBAA Associate Member Advisory Council.
Lisa McCarthy has eight years of experience financing corporate aircraft and over twenty years of experience in lease financing transactions. Ms. McCarthy previously worked at GE Capital providing legal advice on corporate aircraft matters, including lease and finance transactions secured by corporate aircraft, corporate aircraft portfolio purchases and divestitures and regulatory matters. Prior to joining GE Capital, Ms. McCarthy was with the private law firm of Hunton & Williams, LLP in the New York office for 15 years as an Associate and then as Counsel, where her practice focused on corporate, real estate and environmental aspects of lease financing transactions involving transportation and power generation facilities and various other assets. Ms. McCarthy also has expertise in the area of privacy law. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University, Washington, D.C., and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, New York, N.Y.
Ben Murray has over 17 years' experience in the business aviation sector, having held senior roles at Landmark Aviation, XOJET, and NetJets. Mr. Murray is responsible for developing, implementing and managing Global Jet Capital’s asset management strategy, in particular identifying which of the company's post-lease aircraft can be re-deployed as net earning assets. Prior to joining Global Jet Capital Mr. Murray was President of Aircraft Management and Charter at Landmark Aviation where he helped the organisation become one of the two largest aircraft management companies in the US. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
Jim Noonan has over 20 years of experience in financial management, contract administration, business development, and sales/business administration, with positions at Hawker Beechcraft, Standard Aero, Landmark Aviation, ONI Systems, Oracle, and Citibank. Mr. Noonan has a BBA from Loyola University Chicago and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.
Mr. Vick has over 30 years of experience in the aerospace industry as a senior operating executive and as an advisor to private equity. He has held senior leadership positions at Gulfstream Aerospace, Bombardier Aerospace, British Aerospace, Hawker Beechcraft, Landmark Aviation, and AE Industrial Partners.
Currently, he is a partner and member of the investment committee at AE Industrial Partners, a private equity firm specializing in aerospace, power generation, and specialty industrial investing with over $500 Million in assets under management. He is also the Chairman of the executive committee of Global Jet Capital, an aircraft financing company with $2.5 Billion in assets owned by AE Industrial Partners, GSO Capital, and The Carlyle Group.
He holds a BS from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and serves on the boards of three private companies. He is an active private pilot.
