Ed Barnes has more than 20 years’ experience as a senior-level finance executive. He was formerly CFO at Nasdaq-listed JetBlue Airways and has also served on the board of Jetscape, an aircraft leasing company. At JetBlue, Barnes led the company’s transition from a start up focused on top line growth to a maturing and complex $4.5 billion organization delivering sustainable growth, free cash flow and shareholder value. At Jetscape, he provided oversight for a company which currently owns and manages 49 aircraft leased to 24 airline operators in 15 countries. Barnes has also held positions at Taylor Morrison, where he guided the company through a $550 million high-yield public debt offering to refinance sponsor loans, Cardinal Logistics, Greatwide and Cardinal. Other experience includes senior financial positions at Southwest Airlines, America West Airlines, Pegasus Solutions, JDA Software and eight years in public accounting.
Mr. Boisture has more than 35 years of aviation experience and has held senior leadership positions with Hawker Beechcraft, Gulfstream Aerospace, NetJets and Butler Aviation. He is a former Director and Senior Advisor for aerospace at The Carlyle Group and serves on the board of Landmark Aviation. Boisture was a fighter pilot in the U.S. Air Force and graduated from the USAF Fighter Weapons School and the U.S. Navy Fighter Weapons School. He holds a BS from the U.S. Air Force Academy and an MBA from the University of New Haven.
Andrew is responsible for the leadership of Global Jet Capital's worldwide marketing and communications efforts. In his most recent role, Andrew was the Vice President of Strategic Planning, Marketing, and Corporate Communications for Sequa Corporation and Chromalloy where he lead strategic planning and brand development. He previously worked at StandardAero, leading brand development and management. Prior to that, he led the successful corporate rebranding of Landmark Aviation, a Carlyle Group company formed after the merger of three aviation businesses, including an engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul network. He previously spent 15 years in marketing leadership positions at Bombardier Aerospace. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada.
Vivek Kaushal has over 23 years of leadership experience in Credit and Risk Management, including multiple Chief Risk Officer roles, spanning several GE Capital businesses and geographies. Most recently, Mr. Kaushal was the CRO of the Corporate Aviation Finance business in GE Capital, Americas, where he was responsible for the overall direction of the Corporate Aircraft Risk function, leading the underwriting, portfolio and asset management areas. Mr. Kaushal received an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
Dave Labrozzi has over 35 years of finance industry experience with GE, having held roles with responsibility in sales, risk management, business development and general management. Mr. Labrozzi spent 22 of his years with GE dedicated to corporate aviation, with the last 15 years leading the company’s financing activity in the sector as president of GE Capital, Corporate Aircraft. He joined Global Jet Capital December 2015 as the Chief Operating Officer. As COO, he is responsible for all commercial customer facing activities including new business originations, underwriting, overall portfolio management and customer service. With a lengthy track record in the sector, Mr. Labrozzi is highly respected as a leader in corporate aviation and has served on the NBAA Associate Member Advisory Council.
Jim Noonan has over 20 years of experience in financial management, contract administration, business development, and sales/business administration, with positions at Hawker Beechcraft, Standard Aero, Landmark Aviation, ONI Systems, Oracle, and Citibank. Mr. Noonan has a BBA from Loyola University Chicago and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.
Christopher Paul will serve as General Counsel of Global Jet Capital. Chris was previously General Counsel of CIT Aerospace. In more than 20 years practicing law, Chris has gained significant experience in commercial transactions both domestic and international, corporate governance, M&A and corporate finance. Previously, Chris served as CIT Group's Chief Corporate Counsel, CIT Bank’s Corporate Secretary and CIT Group’s Chief M&A Counsel. In these roles, Chris was a key member of the team that changed CIT's business mix and restructured CIT's balance sheet following the company's emergence from bankruptcy. Prior to joining CIT, Chris was a partner with the international law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP in its New York office. Chris received his Bachelor's degree from Colgate University and his Law degree from The University of Connecticut School of Law. He is admitted to the bar in Connecticut and New York.
Mr. Vick has over 30 years of experience in the aerospace industry as a senior operating executive and as an advisor to private equity. He has held senior leadership positions at British Aerospace, Gulfstream Aerospace, Bombardier Aerospace, Landmark Aviation, Hawker Beechcraft, and AE Industrial Partners. He also has operating experience in the MRO and charter management segments of the business aviation market.
Currently, Mr. Vick is a partner and member of the investment committee at AE Industrial Partners, a private equity firm specializing in aerospace, power generation, and specialty industrial investing with over $500 Million in assets under management. He is also the Chief Executive Officer of Global Jet Capital, an aircraft financing company with $2.5 Billion in assets owned by AE Industrial Partners, GSO Capital, and The Carlyle Group.
Over the course of his career Mr. Vick has been heavily engaged in restructuring and M&A activities including divesting of Landmark Aviation’s FBO network, the restructuring of Hawker Beechcraft and subsequent acquisition by Textron, and the acquisition of GE Capital’s business aviation portfolio in support of Global Jet Capital’s emergence as a leader in business aviation financing solutions.
Mr. Vick holds a BS from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and completed the Oxford Air Transport Course programs at Oxford College, England. He serves on the boards of three private companies. Mr. Vick is an active private pilot.
